Students are invited to apply for GIST South Korea Internship Program 2021. This is a fully funded internship in South Korea for all students from all over the world. The Korean training will be placed at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology. The duration of the GIST internship in South Korea will be 3-6 months, i.e. Spring / Fall semester. An extension of the training period will be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Your expenses will be covered by the university for the entire duration of the program in addition to your travel costs. You will also be given a monthly allowance to cover your expenses as well. About GIST Internship

Training period Internship grant offered by GIST:
The successful candidate must be domiciled at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, Republic of Korea on a full-time basis (based on chosen laboratory, at least 40 hours per week) for a period of 3-6 months.

425,000 Won / Month Stipend for all trainees

Qualifications and experience required for his training scholarship offered by GIST:
To be eligible for an internship, candidates must:
Currently pursuing their postgraduate studies (Master’s / PhD degree or equivalent), or in the final year of university (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) preferably in the field of environment, energy, climate change or related fields
Candidates who are involved or recently involved in a field directly related to the work of the IERI Fund or non-student applicants will be accepted except in exceptional case
Good command of the English language
Voice skills to use Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, etc.
