Study level: Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate.
Study Duration:
Bachelor’s degree: from 3 to 6 years.
Masters: from one and a half to two years.
PhD: from 3 to 4 years.
Countries available for submission: All Arab countries
Number of Scholarships Available: A total of 85 scholarships will be provided from each country for Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D.
Tuition fees: There is no application fee to be charged by the Romanian Government Scholarship

The Romanian Government Scholarship is funded by the Ministry of Education as follows:
Tuition fees are free.
Accommodation will be provided.
Bachelor’s degree: 65 euros per month.
Masters: 75 euros per month.
PhD: 85 euros per month.

Important note :
This scholarship does not require a language certificate when applying.
Candidates who are not proficient in the Romanian language will be given a supplementary preparatory year to study the language.
Submission conditions:
The applicant must not hold Romanian citizenship.
Not be more than 35 years old before December 31 for bachelor and master’s degree applicants,
He should not be more than 45 years old for PhD applicants.

An official letter issued by the Romanian Embassy in your country or country of residence to Bucharest.

A certified copy of the birth certificate and its certified translation in one of the following languages: English, French or Romanian.
A copy of the first three pages of the passport.
A medical certificate proving that the person enrolled in the study does not have any infectious diseases or any other conditions that hinder the studies for which he is applying.
Biography of the applicant.
Two recent photos of the applicant, with passport photo specifications.
